This hotel has a horrible dirty Marijuana smell that hits you in the face when you pull into the parking lot, this horrible smell is everywhere in the hotel, the lobby, lounge, eating area, elevators and room. I felt so guilty booking this location for my children to sleep in. This facility is nice and great location.

Clean and family friendly

As a family passing through it was perfect. Very clean. My kids especially enjoyed the lumberton duck and the game room. Breakfast was plentiful with typical choices.

The hotel consistently upheld a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff exhibited a commendable level of professionalism and amiability. However, we encountered an issue with overbooking, which regrettably led to us not receiving the room type we had originally reserved. This deviation from our booking was a significant disappointment. The hotel presented two alternative accommodations, neither of which aligned with our specific requirements. Subsequently, a discount on a smaller room was offered as compensation for the inconvenience. We believe that the staff did not fully address our concerns regarding the discrepancy. When a reservation is confirmed, there is an inherent expectation that the reserved accommodation will be provided as agreed. Consequently, I am unable to recommend this hotel.

This is good hotel overall - brand new - clean. If you are traveling and want to make a stop it would be ideal. There were noises of vehicle since it’s close to 95 all night. Our pillows and few towels had awful smell. Breakfast is great! Staffs are good! Overall good stay.
