"Mi amigo no se pudo quedar hay porque decían que no había ninguna reserva y que dueño no tenía conocimiento de la reserva y estoy esperando el reembolso que se me cobró no es justo que no se haya podido quedar en ese hotel o es estafa me tienen que dar una solución de lo que paso y es urgente "
