Looks better in the inside than the outside. Personell is not the best at English but makes it work. Localtion is good and pool facilities just outside made it great for a rainy day or when our son wanted a break.

Great room - hotel a bit too busy

Overall a pleasant stay. Location was good - about 1 km from the old city centre in Lüneburg and with a nice park area just outside the hotel. Our room (suite) was very nice and spacious. It was located at the far end of the corridor which may explain the very poor WiFi - we never managed to get a connection. Hotel seemed a bit too busy/crowded. Long line at check-in - long waits for elevators - crowded breakfast restaurant - etc. Staff was friendly, though. And then I missed an electric kettle or other ways to make a cup of coffee in the room. Do german hotels not have that?

Das beste am Hotel ist die Lage. In meinem Zimmer ging nur der Fernseher nicht. Meine Freunde mussten 2 Tage kalt duschen. Viele Getränke waren ausverkauft. Die Fahrstühle sind alterschwach sodass 2 von uns am Abreisetag im Fahrstuhl stecken geblieben sind

Das Hotel bietet ein tolles, vielseitiges Frühstück, geräumige Zimmer und eine gute Lage. Was uns aber wirklich gestört hat ist, dass unser Zimmer während unseres 6 tägigen Aufenthaltes kein einziges Mal gereinigt wurde, obwohl wir den Zimmerservice 4 mal an der Rezeption angefragt hatten. Letztlich musste mein Mann mit den benutzen Handtüchern durchs ganze Hotel laufen, um diese selber zu tauschen. Müll wurde nicht geleert, Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt, der Boden unseres Zimmers war am Abreisetag sehr sandig und verdreckt. Leider gab auf unsere Beschwerden an der Rezeption auch keine Reaktion und unser Zimmer wurde weiterhin nicht gereinigt. Daher ist dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlenswert und sein Geld nicht wert.

Zimmer waren viel zu heiß (ohne Klimaanlage). Fahrstuhl funktionierte nur bedingt (zumindest kamen wir raus). Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten.

Erst nach Reklamation wurde uns ein einigermassen brauchbares Zimmer gegeben. Im Hotel gibt es keine Klimaanlage und bei 36° Aussentemperatur ist das Zimmer entsprechend heiss. Da es auch keinen Kühlschrank gibt ist die Verweildauer im Zimmer kurz. Das beim Check-out ein "Das wars dann" alles war, rundet das Bild ab

Frühstück okay, aber leider ohne frisches/geschnittenes Obst, sonst sehr reichhaltig. Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet etwas muffelig. Man muss als Gast schon eher zuerst grüßen ;) Und sich vom Kellner auch dreimal gegen den Stuhl rennen lassen… Zimmerfenster kaputt, Klappfenster konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Auf dem Balkon halten sich die Tauben auf (morgens laut). Ein Wasserkocher laut Gäste-Hinweis an der Rezeption verfügbar, aber auf Nachfrage dann doch nicht verfügbar. Im Badezimmer fehlte der Perlator im Wasserhahn, Wasser lief also auf den Waschtisch. Reinigung der Zimmer nur auf Nachfrage. Das finde ich okay, wenn man nur 1Nacht dort ist. Aber bei 3 Nächten fände ich es selbstverständlich, mal durchzusaugen. Schade für bis zu 160€/Nacht. Hier muss dringend die Instandhaltung & Service ran! Positiv: Nähe zur Therme -> direkt gegenüber! Parkplätze ausreichend verfügbar für 10€/Nacht.

Leider ist das Seminaris ohne großartige Renovierungsarbeiten übel in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist sehr schade, weil es einen hervorragenden Standort zum Zentrum hat und viele Menschen aufnehmen kann.

God morgenmad Det ene værelse var ikke rengjort, der var affald fra forrige gæster. Vi fik et nyt værelse, men det var ikke samme standard, så måtte skifte værelse igen - hvor der så manglede dyne og puder. Værelser trænger til renovering

Das Frühstück war gut sortiert und reichlich. Das Personal hat stetig aufgefüllt. Der Speisesaal war etwas überfüllt und recht warm. Die Bar war leider etwas ohne entsprechende Atmosphäre. Im Zimmer waren leider keine Alternativkissen vorhanden.
