"Nice hotel with very good breakfast. Best tea in Lucknow.
Don't waste your time going to Sharmaji ki chai. Cheap and no good.
I will book this hotel again if in town"

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at fortune Park, BBD, Lucknow from 29th march 2026 to 31st march 2026. we had an amazing experience, we stayed at the clubroom on the first floor, which was beautiful, with all the facilities, room was clean. hotel front desk Mandeep was very cooperative and congeniel. they have a restraurant on the first floor by the name of orchid, food was tasty and of good quality, but the menu was limited. they should add more items in their ala carte menu, we were attended by Chetan and shaista, they were very warm and forthcoming. infact on our departure, they surprised us with complimentary bakery gift packs from their restaurant, which was very heart touching. overall great hospitality. we will definitely come back to this hotel again and highly recommend this to others, its very close to hazratganj market, gomti river front.. good location as well."
"The property is very well maintained with an old world charm.
The rooms are clean and well equipped.
The housekeeping could improve as requests were delayed to upto 4 reminders.
Breakfast was very good and the lady playing flute was charming.
All in all a wonderful place to stay.
Thank you"
