"Owner thought I had reserved 5 rooms, Instead of just 2 for the night. Took awhile to straighten out. First time I had reserved here in Lucerne. Had a nice park area and dock for the kids on the lake just across the street."

"The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel seems to have good security measures. The staff is always friendly and I was always greeted by everyone with a smile. This is my second time staying here and I'll definitely return again. One of the nicest hotels to stay at in the area."

"I loved the cottage I stayed in! Having a kitchenette, porch, A/C were awesome! The only issues were; no screen on door; shower curtain rings wouldn't stay in place. Also fun were mini-golf, badminton, hot tub, pool, paddle boat. Thank you!!! Cheryl M. & her sister Janine"
