Perfect for a break in a journey. The heat meant that we did not go into Chartres - not the hotels fault!! The staff were really great and were patient with my broken French. Our Yorkshire terrier was just o e of many dogs staying and all were welcomed. Would happily stay again.

Not up to usual standards

Had to change rooms asnewly furbished rooms had lack of electricity to plugs and lights..The new room was nice to look at but was not very clean ie toilet was dirty under rim, flies on the counter in the bedroom under curtains, the sink was grimy. It's not what we have come to expect of the Ibis hotel in Luce. We have stayed here many times

Very old Ibis. There is no lift in the facility and it is not easy to use stairs with luggages. Room is very small and there are very limited charging point in the room.

Our normal stop over en route to UK and return.

When we arrived we explained we had VIP silver membership and we’re entitled to one beverage per person per stay. The receptionist said the manager had not signed up to this so not entitled to it. We were offered tea, coffee or water which we had. Room was clean and our request for a downstairs room was given. Bed was comfortable. . It would be nice to have a kettle in the room with tea and coffee for early morning start. Menu in the restaurant is very limited.

Oubliez cet hôtel. Il a été oublié par Ibis.

La chambre n'a absolument rien de la photo à la réservation, si nous comprenons qu'elles ne sont pas contractuelles, cette fois c'est quand même exagéré. Cet hôtel est vieux, mal entretenu, le béaba du confort n'y est pas.. le lit est mauvais, vous prenez votre douche dans une baignoire à rideau, tout est moche et vieux.. j'ai volontairement choisi un ibis non "budget" eh bien nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un hôtel des années 90.

Tres bon petit déjeuner et diner en demi-pension mais que formule entree+plat ou plat+dessert sans boisson...chambre un peu ancienne, pas le meilleur Ibis de chartres je pense, sinon pour une nuit ,bon séjour.

Manque de clim dans la chambre

De passage pour 1 nuit , chambre propre personnel sympa . Lit très confortable , petit bemol la clim n était vraiment pas violente dans la chambre par contre il y en avait dans le hall ......dommage surtout quand il y à canicule

Im ersten Zimmer war ein Bett benutzt, im zweiten Zimmer der Föhn zerbrochen und die Dusche nicht in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück, wie immer bei Ibis, sehr reichhaltig und gut.

3rd time a problem re restaurant availability

We have used this hotel twice a year since approx 2016 travelling home from our holiday. Staff have always been good but this is 3rd time we've been badly let down by them. Our stopover at this hotel is after a 400+ miles journey. 1st time - their kitchen was being renovated. 2nd time - we found out their kitchen is only open Mon to Thur (May - Oct). So we changed our o/night stop to Thur instead of a Fri. On this 3rd stay, the restaurant was not in use as it was a Bank Holiday in France! Bank Holidays in the UK doesn't stop hotels from serving their guests. Also, this is the second time that they have not honoured the Silver Member offer of 1 free beverage. This has been the only hotel that I have had a problem with regarding this offer. Issues - 1st time the restaurant was closed we had to go to the supermarket to buy food and drink to eat in the room. 2nd and 3rd time we had to go and buy a pizza to eat in the room. The pizza place even remembered us from the last time! The supermarket was also closed. At no time was there any information shared or message sent by the hotel to advise that the kitchen would be closed on any of the occasions. After 400+ miles drive the last thing we want to do is have to go out to find somewhere that we can have a meal or buy some food. Our drive home involves another o/night stop. Sadly, we will be avoiding our o/night stop at this hotel and I will have to look for other options for the future.

Overall everything was good, nice large bedroom and bathroom, downside was the toilet seat was loose and not fixed properly consequently if you weren't careful it could have been easy to fall off, why aren't these things repaired before people go in as the cleaners are obviously aware of this.

Pour une nuit bon prix mais fuyez le dîner

Bon prix . Grande chambre avec bureau , bonne literie , chambre un peu vieillissante notamment peinture mais bon état. SDB vieillotte avec baignoire et rideau de douche : on s’attend plutôt à une douche à l’italienne ! Mais excellent petit déjeuner ! Dîner très moyen à un prix un peu élevé pour ce que j’y ai mangé et surtout service long : 1h30 pour manger une entrée de ravioles réchauffés( trop cuits cela collait au fond du plat) et un hamburger ( bof) avec frites industrielles !! Je n’y remangerai plus. Bon accueil avec le sourire . Pour une nuit ok mais le dîner ailleurs !

Worst Ibis stay ever. Hotel is very dated. Someone had obviously smoked in our room recently, room very cold, pubic hairs in the bath, bed rock hard. Only scrapped 2 stars due to the friendly helpful receptionist in the evening

Séjour affaires deux nuitées Avis mitigé sur cet hôtel Resté dans son jus Ce qui pourrait le résumer, c’est la nuit à 83 € Prestations limite à la hauteur du prix, sauf pour l’hygiène, manque de propreté manque cruel de propreté dans la chambre. Rédhibitoire Vitres fenêtre sales, rideau de douche sale, odeurs chambre, et dès l’accueil. On est bien loin des standards ibis, mais vu le prix c’est normal
