Séjour très décevant

Nous avons été loge dans un autre bâtiment que celui annoncé situé à 5' à pied. Chambre bruyante impression que les voisins entrent dans notre chambre...Eau chaude inexistante nous avons été obligé de descendre deux fois afin que la propriétaire de l'immeuble relance le chauffe bain collectif. Le responsable de la location ne lit pas ses mails alors qu'on nous a demandé de prėvenir de l'heure d'arrivée. Le matin nous nous sommes levés il n'y avait plus d'électricité, obligé de descendre voir (encore !) la propriétaire de l'immeuble. Le matin, nous devons retourner à l'adresse initiale pour prendre le petit déjeuner. A la fin du séjour au moment de payer ils ne s'étaient pas mis d'accord à qui on devait régler. En résumé il ne s'agit pas d'une chambre d hôtes mais plus d'une auberge de jeunesse et encore...

Nicht zu empfehlen

Vom Vermieter wurde eine Doppelbuchung vergeben und der Vermieter fuhr uns zu einer Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt Hier bestand die Wahl zwischen einem fensterlosen Schlafzimmer und einem Bad am Flur, oder einem Zwei-Zimmer-Appartement mit Küche allerdings für 10,00 € pro Tag mehr, wofür wir uns dann auch entschieden haben. Das gesamte Appartement schien kurz vorher verlassen worden zu sein, denn im Bad hingen noch gebrauchte Handtücher, Geschirr im Küchenschrank war schmutzig, das einzig saubere war wirklich das Bett. Allein die Lage ist optimal, aber nochmal würden wir dort nicht übernachten.

Generally not recommendable. Room I reserved was not gauranteed, when I arrived at this house. They offered me another room in another house which was less satisfactory.

Took us to a random appartment and not the hotel

We arrived late because of a delayed flight. They gave directions to a random appartment which was nothing to do with the hotel. There were frequent power cuts and it was extremely basic. Wouldn't go back

Una presa in giro

Non abbiamo potuto soggiornare perchè quando siamo arrivati al b&b alle 20 nessuno ci attendeva alla reception nonostante l'orario di check-in fosse fino alle 21. Abbiamo chiamato ben 4 numeri di telefono (tra quelli indicati sul sito Venere e quelli indicati sul cartello all'ingresso del b&b e al quarto tentativo il proprietario ci dice di chiamare un suo amico perchè lui non è disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro. Non c'erano prenotazioni a nome nostro e tutte le camere erano occupate. Ci siamo dovuti cercare in fretta e furia una nuova sistemazione (fuori Lucca visti i prezzi last minute durante il ponte del 2 giugno). Non so di chi sia la colpa fatto sta che era la prima volta che prenotavo con Venere e non penso ce ne saranno altre. Leggendo i commenti di altri clienti vedo che a quanto pare non è successo solo a me.. quindi invito Venere a verificare cosa succede in questo b&b.

Assolutamente da evitare!

Attenzione a prenotare in questa struttura! Premesso che avevamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale per 2 persone con bagno privato e colazione inclusa, all'arrivo ci hanno accolti dicendoci che erano in overbooking ma non se ne erano accorti fino a quel momento (?)! Come prima soluzione, ci è stata proposta come "favore" (a loro dire) una camera con bagno in comune. Siccome noi avevamo prenotato una sistemazione con bagno privato, abbiamo rifiutato. Così, come seconda soluzione, dopo aver fatto notare l'obbligo di legge di garantirci un alloggio con gli stessi servizi, ci fanno attendere mezz'ora per poi proporci una camera CON LETTO A UNA PIAZZA E MEZZA in un'altra struttura! Ovviamente rifiutiamo ancora e a questo punto siamo stati costretti a contattare il servizio clienti di Venere che ci ha ribaditoil nostro diritto a ricevere una sistemazione con almeno pari servizi prenotati è già pagati. Finalmente ci viene proposta una soluzione adeguata rassicurandoci che era già stato preso l'accordo con la nuova struttura assegnataci. Una volta arrivati la proprietaria ci informa che avremmo dovuto pagare la differenza di prezzo e che la colazione non era compresa, perché il proprietario della precedente struttura le aveva chiesto di ottenere il prezzo più basso! Per fortuna grazie a un successivo 'intervento di Venere abbiamo potuto usufruire degli stessi servizi prenotati senza alcun supplemento!

No windowa and no wifi

Arriving to the detination, the manager told us that we had to change to another location in the city center instead of a room in the house with the garden. As my husbond had problems with his back, this was ok, we would be near the main attractions. But the room was poor, no windows, no wifi, no glasses/cups though coffee and tea. And bathroom in a public corridor. Locks didnt work very well. Breakfast in the nearby bar was perfect! and fine surroundings. If you accept at cheap offer/reward get a confirmation to be sure to get the room in the house in the homepage. We just accepted this room because we were tired.

Cerca de la muralla, zona residencial tranquila

El B&B se encuentra a diez minutos a pie de la muralla de Lucca, en un barrio residencial de casas. Zona muy tranquila, casi sin tráfico. El B&B está muy limpio y la habitación es amplia, con cama cómoda. El único pero sería la calefacción para días fríos. Yo estuve en Navidad y se quedaba un poco corta, sin resultar tampoco un problema insufrible.

Ich habe das B&B für 7 Nächte gebucht. Als ich ankam, wusste man von meiner Buchung nichts. Dies war allerdings nicht das Problem. Ich musste die Reise 3 Nächte vorher abbrechen und der Besitzer versprach mir die 3 nicht genutzten Nächte zu erstatten. Nun antwortet er weder auf E-Mails noch auf Anrufe oder er legt auf. Nicht Empfehlenswert!!!!!

Soggiorno in villa

All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dal gestore molto gentile che ci ha comunicato che la nostra camera aveva un problema al riscaldamento e ci ha proposto di trasferirci un un'altra struttura poco lontano, si trattava di una vecchia villa a poca distanza, ci ha assegnato una camera grandissima con soffitti affrescati, arredata con mobili antichi in cui siamo stati benissimo, la mattina colazione abbondante servita in porcella ne d'epoca, in definitiva esperienza più che positiva ad un prezzo ridicolo. Non possiamo dir nulla sulla struttura che abbiamo prenotato ( La casa del pittore ) in quanto siamo entrati solo nell'ingresso dell'accoglienza

Carina la galleria pittorica, la camera era ampia ma la pulizia decisamente bassa. Stanza umida senza possibilità di scaldarla o asciugarla. servizio in genere sotto la media.
