Loved this place! All the staff, especially sweet Kim, were so kind, thoughtful, and helpful. The rooms and common areas are all super clean. The beds were even comfortable -- a rarity in SE Asia (so many old mattresses!). There is free breakfast ever morning with fruit, coffee or tea, juice, and your choice of menu items, including bread and jam for us vegans. Close enough to everything you need without being TOO close (I wouldn't want to stay right on the night market street, for example). Staff helped us arrange transportation to several local attractions, and even arranged a taxi for us at our next destination in Hanoi. We would definitely stay here again!
