"Went to stay at Mad Monkey for 3 days in the shared dorm for the doublebed room for couples. It was some lovely people and very helpful staf. It has happy hour for 4 hours a day, you get a free drink when arriving and they have aircon in the rooms. The rooms are still warm but feel quite private.
We enojyed the pool area, especially at night where you could look at the stars and swim around before going to bed.

"Had a great couple nights at this hotel. Beautiful scenery, nice pool, and room was clean. Breakfast was amazing with lots of nice options. I had a free welcome drink which I redeemed at the bar. I chose a cocktail that was amazing! However, when askec if i could sit at a table close to the water they weren't the friendliest as they made me sit in the back in a not so convenient spot where staff were coming and going. This made me feel a bit unwelcomed especially that I was a guests staying at the hotel. While I was extremely impressed with my room and the beautiful view. I do think communication can improve."
"I had a lovely stay here as a solo traveller for 3 nights. The room was comfortable and clean and the location was close to the riverfront and a walkable distance from many restaurants and shops. The staff were all really friendly, hospitable and helpful. I also got my laundry done at the hotel (it was $2 USD for 1 kg of load) and the staff were really efficient with that. The alms giving ceremony also happens just outside the hotel every morning around 6am which was a unique cultural tradition to witness. "
"A wonderful owner, who is on site all the time. Not only that he interacts with the guests, which is a real positive. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are smiling and friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts are nutritious, substantial, and delicious. "

"Property was BEAUTIFUL, staff was attentive and friendly and bilingual. They also helped us coordinate transportation! The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it! One suggestion is more lighting in the bathroom but everything else was 10/10 I would definitely come back! "
