"Front desk staff was excellent upon checkin. Fast courtesy and easy. Took less than 5 minutes. Hotel was clean but not perfect. I’ve stayed at much worse locations. Room was clean and no odors. Fresh lines and towels daily. My complaints would be noise from the room above. Very loud. So much so it woke us up two days in a row. Not much insulation or sound barrier. Lastly, I noticed the window in the room was not and would not lock. It was broken. We were located on the first floor too."

"Nice clean room, friendly staff. Beautiful building. Unfortunately lots of light from around the door all night, lighting in the bathroom is horrible (need sconces for the vanity if you have high ceilings) and there isn't a bathroom fan. Hope you like stairs with only one tiny elevator working for the 8 story building. "

"I felt overall this hotel was not very clean. There was a large spot on the mattress and box spring that was dirty, and the curtains were very dirty with spots all over them. The carpet in the halls and rooms didn't feel very clean either. The continental breakfast was very sub par with the bread and bagels being very dry (multiple days old likely) and squished. It also felt like things weren't stocked well (like there was one piece of break and one bagel when I went to get some). We paid over $157 for one night's stay, and it didn't seem like a good value for that price. Won't be staying here again."

"We arrived 4 hours early and inquired about an early check-in when we were offered an upgrade to the presidential suite for only $100 more than the tower king we had reserved. The staff then made it a priority to get the room ready and we received a phone call in less than 30 minutes letting us know it was cleaned. We have stayed at the Little America several times and have never had a complaint."
