"The room was clean and staff was great"

"I had a king size bed in my very beautiful, very spacious and inviting room. There was a coffee/hot water maker provided with coffee & tea bags, an immaculate microwave oven and a good sized mini fridge in the room. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious, with a double sliding glass door enclosure, the length of the bathroom. The countertop with sink & mirror were just as long. Plenty of towels, large bottles of name-brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash & body moisturizer, missing shower caps. There was also plenty of closet space with wooden hangers and a large safe inside. This was concealed by two decorative doors with fancy handles. Large desk with ergonomic chair. Spacious sitting area with two large co.fy chairs and a floor lamp. Lots of wall mirrors. Room was very well-lit, lots of light. Front desk staff and Housekeeping staff were friendly. I had a lamp issue and Housekeeping corrected it as I noticed when returning to my room in the evening. Breakfast is self-serve and delicious. Ample free parking lot on-site. I was very pleased with my stay at Wingate by Wyndham and would recommend this hotel."

"The room is as expected, but the reason for the 5 stars are for the excellent customer service I received from Cassandra. From check-in she greated me with a friendly smile and helpful demeanor. Every night shs greeted me with a, "welcome back". Would stay here again."

"This was a fantastic hotel. I’ll stay again. I’ll start with the good first: The staff were incredibly polite , efficient, and helpful. Check in was seamless. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was VERY good for a hotel breakfast. Wide selection. The coffee was some of the best hotel coffee ive ever had. The bad: The parking situation is less than ideal. They do have valet, but when check in is busy the line for valet isn’t even worth it. The cart attendant is very friendly. However, If you’re like me and don’t like valet, your only option is a parking garage. My only other complaint, is that a small dog was barking all night long. I’m not the type to call on another room, however I do wish the hotel would have just handled it. Other than that, I would absolutely stay here again. In fact, I plan to. "
