"Housekeeping was good, and with good timing. The breakfast is better than the typical continental breakfast. Front patio is a nice place to enjoy it. Pool area is very nice, though I did not use it. My room was clean and quiet. An approximate 10 minute brisk walk will get you to stearns wharf, maritime museum, or state street (and nearby funk zone). Parking is easy, and included. Access to the 101 is very convenient."

"A very sweet, charming, and clean property in the heart of Montecito, within walking distance to restaurants and shops on Coast Village Road. And did I say reasonably priced? I was only there for one night. I would definitely stay again. My room was small but very comfortable and super clean. I really appreciated that the design was simple and not kitschy. It felt like a little cottage. Loved it."
