"The location was great for our family and the apartment was very spacious. The only issues I have was the people above us walking very heavy-footed so hearing every step right throughout the night. The chiming of the clock tower also kept me up (which is not the hotel's fault)."

Matthew (?) on reception was very helpful and responsive before and after my stay when I needed some help with an invoice. The room itself was one of the best I've stayed in in Launceston; clean, spacious, light, well equipped. Great value, great experience. "
