"Our very first time in Santa Barbra and it was amazing. We got the beach side view which was gorgeous and walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again."

"No blow dryer in room. No real closet, couldn’t hang up my dress for wedding. Room was so small that we couldn’t actually get around small suitcase to far side of the bed… again, no closet. Also no full length mirror. Property does not have an elevator. Clean and cute, but everything else was challenging."

"Loved the location - near the beach, but not directly in Downtown Santa Barbara where it can be loud. The property had comfy beds and very quiet. Also enjoyed the free parking! The breakfast was good - upgrade from a typical Marriott but not gourmet. Nice they had coffee for a while in the morning. Wish I brought my swimsuit to use the pool in the future."

"Definitely not a 4 start hotel. More like a 2 or 3 star. It's a revamped motel. Room amenities were decent (had a mini fridge) and there was a pool. The room itself was a little worn but at least it was for the most part clean. Traveled w/ kids. Not a lot of space but made it work. Area was decent short drive (~15 mins) to downtown Santa Barbara. So if you don't want to pay downtown prices for a hotel, I would definitely stay at Leta again, but I would not pay more than $300/night."
