"Everything was fine untill it wasn't. The bathroom my The pool was flooding out feces and urine all afternoon and night into and around the pool area and sidewalk and no one cares untill I said something. Its unsanitary! It never was sanitized or cleaned properly just hosed off. You can tell they've been having plumbing issues and tried to keep it under bay untill it had a catastrophic leak. They shut the water off the the entire property in the middle of night into morning of checking out and we wouldn't pee poop or brush teeth or shower. All they offered was a 150 dollar resort fee credit. Its illegal and unsanitary and will be calling health dept. Should have refunded me the last night not just the resort fee. Smelled like urine all night in our room."

"I really wanted to like this place. My husband and I enjoy small hotels and we had a good stay here 15 years ago. Sadly, it has suffered from neglect. The poolside furniture was incredibly uncomfortable and sparse. The hotel is directly on the water (a lagoon) and advertises free use of their kayaks. However, all but one were broken and unusable. The lagoon reeks due likely to stagnant water. There is a fun restaurant and bar adjacent to the hotel that aerates the water and doesn’t suffer from the foul odor. The rooms are okay, and the bed was comfortable but the bedding is very worn. The staff were downright unfriendly with the exception of a few front desk folks. The owners/operators are squandering what could be a very nice place. I might recommend it for a one night stay, but not for anything longer."

"Absolutely loved this resort! Amazing service and Happy Hour at the Pool! Excellent Transportation options and within walking distance to some really nice restaurants. Great stay after 3 nights in Key West for our Anniversary. Hotel staff communicated with us to plan our arrival and was able to accommodate an early check in. It was a wonderful stay, just book it!"

"All in all a good place to stay for the family. Grades: -Pools: Family and adult pools were available throughout the day, in good condition, and well serviced by the nearby tiki bar. (Grade A) -Service: Service in the overall resort depended on who you encountered. Some front desk members were quite helpful, others were low energy and doing the bare minimum. Same for restaurants. (Grade B) -Amenities: Amenities were plentiful with pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts. Multiple pools. A re-vamped workout room and spa area. Soon to be kids water park area. (Grade A+) -Lagoon: Lagoon for paddleboard, canoeing and swimming was not quite as picturesque as advertised. (Grade C) "
