"Check in office was at a different location than the property. That was not made clear in booking emails. We arrived at the address provided & drove around it 3 times assuming we were lost. The address was very tacky looking & no beach or pool as stated. Not a property we were willing to stay in. We thought we were going to have to try to cancel & drive 3-4 hours home & try to cancel our snorkeling tour for the next day! Upon entering the office & expressing our concern we were told that that wasn’t the location of our accommodations. One we arrived at the property we were very pleased it was lovely. A clear explanation would have removed all the stress!"

"The AC was a split unit and didn't get cold even down at 62 degrees. The room was muggy. Also, the picture shows a normal bathroom, but the tropical double queen has no tub and a sink in the bedroom. You have to brush your teeth in the bedroom. Weird. Lastly, they removed the hot tub. "
