Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, and I always love going up to the rooftop and taking in the view. Front desk staff is super helpful and friendly, and being that my two favorite cuisines are Italian and Chinese, this hotel is definitely in the perfect location to explore so many amazing restaurants! "We LOVED our stay at FIDI NYC! The front desk workers were all professional, nice and very helpful! The hotel rooms and all areas were very clean! The hotel provided a warm, elegant atmosphere (during happy hour) to meet and connect with other guests while enjoying cheese, crackers and wine; (or you could just enjoy that time with your family &/friends)! That area also have a nice balcony view too! Lastly, every staff member was awesome, and we felt safe and secure during our stay! We look forward in staying here again! "
