"While we enjoyed the location of the hotel, no elevators worked during our stay. We left for lunch and flagged the room "Do not disturb", The cleaner came in anyway. They made the bed, but didn't leave more coffee or cups. The cleaner did however manage to move the "tip your cleaner" sign to the middle of the desk where I had moved it from to sit my laptop. By the way, the safe is big enough to fit a laptop inside."

"I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are large with amazing decor. The bathroom is spacious. Controlling the temperature of the room is easy. The staff is super friendly. It's easy to get anywhere from this location. Downtown Nyack has tons of restaurant options and the hotel restaurant is also great. I love the late checkout at noon so I'm never rushed to get out. I highly recommend this hotel."
