"This hotel was amazing to stay in. The room was clean, spacious and cosy. Breakfast on offer was a classic continental buffet. The reception staff were great any questions I had they were more than happy to help and guide me in the right direction. There is also easy access to transport links, supermarkets and restaurants nearby."

Meisser Lodge

"Meisser Lodge was great. Guarda is a fantastic village and a great base for the Lower Engadine. We had a balcony, which we really enjoyed. The facilities and breakfast were great. And we have a special thank you to Marianne who helped retrieve a book from a roof (accidentally dropped from our lovely balcony). Finally, in comparison with other places where we stayed, the Meisser Lodge is very reasonably priced for what you get."

"The hotel is beautiful and well laid out. We were greeted nicely upon our arrival and were told we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. The room was well laid out and had everything we needed. It was very warm in the room so sleeping was very difficult. We asked for a fan but were told they were put away for the season. We were told they would try and locate one but never heard from anyone again. We were told to leave our balcony door open but our balcony was half a floor above street level directly across from the bus/train station. It was incredibly noisy until nearly midnight each night then beginning very early the next morning. For this reason, we likely wouldn’t stay again."
