"The hotel is very beautiful, but I didn’t fully understand the concept. There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. In the end, guests order takeaway pizza and are allowed to eat it in the luxurious lounges. Quite a curious contrast. "We enjoyed our stay at the Piz Buin very much. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast delicious. The hotel has been nicely remodeled and it has that cute modern alpine look. Our room had very little storage space though, there was no room in the bathroom to put a make-up bag down. There was a lot of noise on the street starting at 5am, unloading something with an idling engine."
