"The grounds, room, pool/pool area and "beach" were very well kept. The property had almost everything we needed for our last night in the Keys. While the property is oceanfront, you cannot go in the water because of the seawall and coral, which was really disappointing but an oversight on our part as we were just going off of the photos. We enjoyed the pool and sitting out in the beach chairs. It may have just been the time of year that we went (last weekend in February) but it felt like we were practically the only people staying there which was a bit odd. The property doesn't have an onsite restaurant or bar, but there is plenty in the area - a very short drive to lots of options. We did really like how the balcony doors of the room open all the way for plenty of fresh ocean air, but the balconies all connect so if/when there are lots of other guests staying, there would most likely be a privacy concern. Overall it's a great option for those who just need a place to stay and have plans to be out and about, but it doesn't have a resort feel or amenities to be able to spend your day there."

"View was great, clean room and towels; bar and grill on property. Quiet for most part, limited beach access but chairs, games, shade, pool, dock were nice. Easy ck in and out, parking convenient. Very near other keys in both directions but smaller island and quiet. "

"The room was horrible looks like it was falling apart, the roof had so much damage all over. The bathroom was so small that you can’t even get through to the toilet, you must be 95 pounds or so to be able to pass through. The furniture run down and terrible. There was so much noise coming from upstairs I believe a cafe. A room shouldn’t be under it. We barely got any sleep due to the noise that was non stop. The pictures on the site are not what you get. "

"resort staff didn't explain amenities upon checking in. wasn't aware of daily activities without passing by one area that had free water. the lagoon and pool were great. would recommend the pool be open later. Donny was a great staff member to receive suggestions from. "

"Room was clean but empty and very dark. Only a couple dim lights. We were given a handicapped room even though we didn’t need it. 2 light fixtures were broken, one without a lightbulb. The safe was not working so I could not lock things up. When we requested a new room they said nothing was available. The property offered a ton of activities but none of them were being offered or running, so that was very disappointing. We had a poor view from our room of the parking lot even though I requested anything besides that. The tiki bar outside, which was supposed to be amazing, was mediocre. Not a super friendly staff. The live entertainment was good but even he had technical difficulties with speakers and electrical issues. Nice place overall but not worth the money we spent. "
