"The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The food at the pool bar and inside bar was surprisingly VERY GOOD!! The breakfast was very overpriced though. The breakfast buffet could have been slightly cheaper. Somehow it was not included in my room charge so $18 was a lot. The made to order menu was way overpriced. I paid $16 for what was 2 pieces of bread cut into 4 and syrup. There was only 1 elevator working so we ended up taking the stairs. It would have been nice to have both elevators working. The atmosphere at the lazy river pool and bar area was very nice. Loved that there was music playing and plenty of chairs and umbrellas."

"Excellent value for the money! We had a true ocean-view room with beautiful views. While the hotel is somewhat older compared to the newer tower condos and hotels surrounding it, it has been completely renovated and updated. The room was clean and comfortable, with crisp bedding and fresh linens. One of my favorite features was the fitness center. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, which made running on the treadmill much more enjoyable! The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, most of the food was dry, and several items were nearly empty when we went down for breakfast. There is definitely room for improvement there. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The convenient location, proximity to surrounding attractions, beautiful ocean views, and direct beach access make this a wonderful place to stay—especially for the price."
