"The beds are very comfortable. There was no complimentary shampoo or body lotion which I expect from a 4 star hotel. I also expect a glass rather than a paper cup in my room from a 4 star hotel .

As it's an apart hotel when we arrived she said towels are to be changed after 2 night, after the 3rd night we went for towels and said after 3 nights usually for changing towels."
