"Wonderful reception and dining room staff. Super clean and comfy room, great views from the balcony, useful drawers and storage space. Superb breakfast with fresh fruit and cooked items. Fabulous location with beach opposite, sun loungers available and cocktails and snacks served to you on the beach. Definitely recommend."

"I have been coming to this Hotel for over 40 years, and the service this time was as good as any previous visit. The Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff at breakfast were brilliant. You never wanted or waited for anything. Spent the day at the Swimming pool and all have been refurbished and is wonderfull. Again, the staff was first class, and the lunch we had was superb. I met Melani Viegas, the assistant Manager, who, like her Boss spend so much time visiting the area both morning and afternoon and takes pride in speaking with the guests. Come on if you are coming to Portugal, you have tried the rest, but book the best. 7 star, not 5"

"The buffet for breakfast and half board was excellent. Cleaning crew and staff were fabulous. The shower doors did not fully close and caused water to go on the floor. Also the restaurant Blend was overpriced and the wait for the food was super long. The staff did provide water daily in our room and greeted us with dessert and champagne which was very nice. Overall we loved it but the bathroom need revamping."

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
