Hotel Genevieve part of JdV by Hyatt
What a great unique hotel. Staff was fantastic and room was spotless. Only issue was the lounge/bar was closed on the only day we were there. We will definitely be back.

The Duke Hotel
Was given incorrect login to room and hotel stay. Host contacted me over 9 hours later, I was force to get a different hotel due to no access into my booked stay .

AC Hotel Louisville Downtown
Person who checked us on gave us one of the worst rooms (because we booked through Expedia?). Room was furthest from the elevator and extremely noisy. Lady who checked us out was terrific. Parking was good - self parking.
