"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel: the staff, service, and overall comfort were excellent. However, one major drawback was the constant noise from the HVAC fan. Even when I turned the thermostat off, the fan continued running, making the first night quite unpleasant.
I would strongly encourage management to look into this issue, as fixing it would significantly improve the guest experience. "
