"Beautiful Hotel, clean, close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful with delicious fresh fruit! Chiara gave great restaurant recommendations and Bettina was super helpful with rental car issue. All staff super hospitable and kind. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly!"
"Beautiful high end hotel. Great breakfast, live music at bar, very comfortable bed and room. Beach club included and infinity pools looking over water and city! Great experience. Only issue is you need a taxi as 2/3 mile from train station. 16 euros. Would be nice if they had complimentary shuttle. Besides that we will return for sure! "
"Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. Will be back when we visit Rapallo again"
