"The staff were wonderful. Felt welcomed even during at our confirmation call the day before check-in. Martin was excellent. 10/10 experience. The hotel was perfect. Such a calm and beautiful area with a lot to explore. We will definitely be going back."

"We were very pleased with La Serena Inn, and will plan to stay again! Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the entire hotel felt "new". Love the restful sea green color on the walls, and appreciated the elevator. Even though they were obviously very short staffed the weekend we were there, every one did their best and were polite and patient with all guests. Will look forward to staying here again in future."

"The amenities weren’t part of the stay. To use the gym, $35/day. The zip line was 45 minutes away. Bicycle usage was $10/hr. First 2 hrs were free. No in house restaurant. There was no swimming pool. Most amenities were unavailable. It was disappointing.."
