The room showed serious signs of neglect. Mold was present in the bathroom shower walls, with a persistent damp/musty smell throughout the room. The mattress was severely aged (appearing 20+ years old), which raised concerns about cleanliness and comfort.

The photos on this hotel are deceiving. It looks nice on the pictures but it doesn’t look the same. Our room is old and outdated. The pillows were so old and gross to use. Comforters old. Bathrooms gross and stinky. I just used the clothes as my pillow. I paid $100 for a room hoping that it would be nice and comfortable. I would only pay $40 for this type of hotel. This hotel need a complete renovation. I will not go back.

The day before arriving I was notified that if we weren't checked in by 4:00 pm we would forfeit our reservation. Our flight did not arrive in Los Mochis until after 5 pm and I had difficulty notifying the hotel of this late arrival. The phone number to call if we are late should be on this notification.

Es la peor experiencia que hemos tenido mi esposo y yo con un HOSPEDAJE, Para empezar al llegar no entregaron una habitación con el baño sucio horrible asqueroso , y al poner la queja en recepción nos dijeron que no había quien limpiará y nos cambiaron de habitación , al otro día desde las 8 de la mañana nos estaban tocando y nos abrieron la puerta para hacer limpieza, llegamos en la noche cansados de viajar todo el día y queríamos descansar ,pues tres veces nos despertaron para la dichosa limpieza y así era todos los días no dejaban dormir , para que al final el primer día allí no nos hicieran la limpieza , yo pedi una secadora el primer día y nunca me la llevaron , la llegar en la noche al ver que la habitación no se había hecho fuí a poner la queja y solo me dieron las toallas y la secadora , después ya no nos dejaban agua para bebér ni tapete ni toallas suficiente pésimo servicio, el hotel muy sucio del elevador , todo muy viejo y descuidado , horrible la verdad , jamás vuelvo a reservar en plaza inn aparte el internet muy malo , y cuando llegaban hacer la limpieza muy mal hecha.

Es difícil calificar al personal porque hubo personal muy atento y de 5 estrellas. Pero hubo un par de chicas que no le ayudaron mucho y con una comunicación mala. Específicamente la recepcionista de día. Y al contrario la recepcionista de noche y la de reservaciones (me parece) de día y la gente de limpieza y lavandería un servicio excepcional.

Mi recámara no tenía control remoto, no teníamos toalla para las manos, no había puerta o cortina en la regadera así que se salía el agua y por último los precios del restaurante no sé si sea parte del hotel NO incluyen IVA ( como si estuvieras en USA) y al pedir la cuenta nos cargaron doble IVA, que por qué ya no eran los precios de la carta, pero eso no se nos notificó cuando la entregaron … es un hotel para una noche y ya.

El hotel deja mucho que desear, no es más que un hotel modesto de los 90’s, lamentablemente nunca tuve internet, a pesar de solicitar la reparación, el teléfono de la habitación tampoco servía, por lo que no era posible comunicarse con recepción, los enchufes detrás del buró están tan desgastados que no es posible que la lámpara o el cargador de los celulares se sostuviera, tampoco funcionaba el elevador! Me sorprende que esté bajo el nombre de la cadena Wyndham, no creo que cumpla con el 1% de sus estándares!
