Very nice place beautifully situated between the two volcanoes. Convenient access to the falls and to Osorno. The staff is extremely helpful, helping me fix my tyre pressure and clean off some dirt from my luggage. The rooms are bright and clean. Only note: the walls ARE thin. So if you are a light sleeper, you may need earplugs just in case.

La propiedad está muy cerca de Los Saltos del Petrohué y el Lago de Todos Los Santos. Las micros locales pasan cada media hora y es barato llegar a cualquier destino. En la siguiente esquina hay food trucks y cruzando la carretera a pie se puede llegar a restaurantes locales que son muy buenos. ¡Qué lugar más hermoso tienen! Nos encantó todo, la propiedad bien cuidada y lleno de hermosas flores, las habitaciones bien diseñadas, el baño espacioso, los espacios compartidos son limpios, el desayuno completo con todo riquísimo, la atención personalizada y con el toque humano que los destaca al máximo. Francisca un amor y llena de entusiasmo. Macarena y Rodrigo tienen la vocación de servicio y dan la milla extra en cada interacción. Los felicito por mantener siempre altos estándares de servicio y hospitalidad. Great lodge with friendly, helpful staff. Located in a small town with lots of dining options and close to the national park. I suggest you pre pay. They had us pay in chilean pesos, which resulted un a big tax that we could have avoided by pre paying in US dollars.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. The staff were amazing making sure we were happy and enjoyed this great location with multiple day trip suggestions. The breakfasts were amazing as well with delicious locally baked bread and pastries which changed every day!

Hotel y gente maravillosa.

Mi estancia en el hotel fue extraordinaria. Macarena y su hermano Hector son unas personas maravillosas. Se desviven por atenderte lo mejor posible. El hotel es encantador. Esta muy cerca de los saltos del petrohue, del volcan Osorno y del puerto de Petrohue. Se los recomiendo infinitamente.

Très belle maison, accueil charmant. Tout est neuf et confortable. Et la situation pour visiter la zone des lacs et des volcans est parfaite. La maison est un peu difficile à trouver, car mal indiqué sur la route (mais ça devrait évoluer). Il faut savoir que c'est juste en face du restaurant El Sitio, de l'autre côté de la route.
