"Firstly, it is so difficult to make a complain directly to Hotels.Com. Yesterday around 18:00 I went to check in at the hotel. For the price of USD130 I was expecting a decent hotel but when I came, I realize it was a small building and the worst was that the main entrance (glass door) was closed and locked and was not possible to get in. "This hotel is a gem. Very comfortable rooms, good wifi, and hot showers. The host, Angel, is what makes this hotel special. He went above and beyond helping us and giving advice. He was our Angel. There is a big supermarket around the corner if you want to cook or many awesome restaurants on the adjacent road. I can’t recommend this place enough. "

"シングルを予約してましたが、ホテルの近くでお祭り？か何か催していて音がうるさいだろうからと大通りに面していない広い部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。
レセプションの女性はとても控えめですがこちらのリクエストには翻訳アプリを通じて快く応じてくれて親切で有り難かったです。
シーツは清潔で、エアコンはないが夜は扇風機で乗り切れた。ただ4日間の滞在中、ついに一度もお湯シャワーが出なかった… そういう仕様なのか？
ホステルという名前ですが普通のビジホなので共用スペースはほぼ無く、冷蔵庫とレンジは使いたいときにレセプションのスタッフに声をかける感じです。
ホテルの近くにはスーパーがあり、中心部には徒歩10分くらい。
ランドリーサービス有りとなっていたので依頼したところ、うちには無いから近くのラバンデリアに行って、とのことでした。"
