"am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the check-in process I recently experienced at one of your partner hotels. Upon arrival, the hotel staff insisted on seeing the payment receipts I had made to Expedia before allowing me to check in. The receptionist stated that he could not proceed with the check-in until I provided proof of payment directly from Expedia.
I found this request to be highly inappropriate and unprofessional, as the hotel should have already received confirmation...
