Older hotel, not for the hotel snobs. The location is fantastic, one block from marina, walking distance to unlimited restaraunts, shopping and night life. Staying Cabo centro is one of the best places ive ever been.

This place have a really good location close to the marina is not s 5 star hotel .but location is good .the room that we stayed at it had the door handle broken I reported but it was not fix, hot water was not hot but for the weather that we had it was good, and the they did not clean the room even when I requested.

The property was at one time very nice, unfortunately it has gotten run down. Our outside door had a one inch gap at the top and hung crooked. My husband showed the handy man how to fix the latch, they had the slider but nothing for it to slide in so the door opened when it was locked. The breakfast they advertise doesn’t happen. Most days there was no hot water, the on demand system wasn’t working properly, they fixed it and we had water for two days, then it went out again. We did our own housekeeping asking for things as we needed them.On the good side there were lots of patio space on the different levels. The location was good and we felt safe, staff was friendly but a real language difference so even telling them my wifi didn’t work, or my tv won’t work was hard to explain. Finally just read a book. For us we decided I guess you get what you pay for, but not what was advertised. Sadly I would not want to see the place close because the staff are very nice but it needs upgraded electrical, tv, and internet.
