"We enjoy staying with you when we are in Modesto. We has a good, though short stay. Did you upgrade the tv’s. It worked so much better this time. I like to have a second trash in the bathroom. We didn’t have that this time. Check in process was improved. Overall, we had a good stay and look forward to visiting again. "

"So glad that this hotel was on the outskirts of town. We were just driving through as most people probably are but went to go to In-N-Out and was shocked by the amount of homeless people in this town. But staying at this hotel, which was on the outskirts of town it felt very safe and far away from the homeless people we saw around every corner and in every parking lot around the In-N-Out I did also find a food truck area and I happen upon a straight taco tent and it was fabulous. It was across the street from In-N-Out strongly suggest that."

"Beautiful property, excellent service from the desk to the cafe bar. The rooms were delightful in decor and atmosphere. It was total surprise that such a gem in downtown Merced. Last minute reservation and absolutely delightful."

"I checked in late and left early, so I didn’t really need to engage with the front desk. But, the two men that were there were nice. The room was clean, and the blankets and pillows were soooo soft and light. So comfortable! The iron kept leaking water when being used, so my shirt was a bit stained but it’s okay. "
