"We checked in late and I think we got put on the fourth floor overlooking the air conditioning units and the room was very dated. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub and the vent about the shower was filled with dirt and dust. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were both empty. ..."

"While the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms were completely outdated and the carpet was musty smelling in my first room. I ended up having to change rooms because the faucet in the tub wouldn’t stop leaking. The new room (on a different floor) did not smell, but was also very outdated."
