We had an amazing stay in this hotel It is so different absolutely beautiful building Room was a bit tired but they are updating but the character of the building makes up for it Sea view room was great Bed with new mattress was so comfortable Very clean We had dinner in the courtyard which was amazing Best steak ect we have ever eaten service was very friendly and helpful The only criticism we had was while eating in the courtyard People where coming in and waiting at the door obviously to see if they could have a table which there where plenty free The staff saw they where there and completely ignored them We watched 12 people walk out because they where ignored

Lovely hotel, building built in 1906 with lots of history, so it’s not modern. Right by the sea, lovely views from terrace & restaurant. My only complaint is that they did not explain they lock the building down at night and you have to use buzzed to get in. It took a few minutes to find the buzzer, all I instructions in Spanish!

Great location but not great rooms

Great location only a few metres from the sea. A few bars and restaurants nearby, as well as banks and supermarkets. Very old property, poor bathroom facilities and the mattress was worn and uncomfortable, ok for price but will pay more for a better experience at a better hotel next time.

Lovely traditional Spanish hotel

Traditional Spanish hotel. Though the room had original characteristics it included on suite,TV, fridge, kettle ect. Rooms were cleaned every day, bed was comfy, WiFi worked well and reached the beach. Typically Spanish breakfast with a full breakfast available and served till 1pm. Staff were friendly and helpful. The main plus for me was the conservatory and garden area where meals were served next to the beach and facing south. The restaurant always seemed to be busy. The hotel also had sun loungers on the beach free of charge. Definitely value for money

Very traditional and rooms very dated , can’t swing a cat in them. I don’t mind traditional, old fashioned but it needs to be clean which it wasn’t . Only a stand fan in room it got very hot. It needs a refresh . Cockroach (dead) outside our door on both mornings. The restaurant and courtyard are great and staff friendly and polite.

We had a wonderful one night stay for Valentines, the hotel was truly lovely as was the food that we had in the dining room that evening. We would recommend the hotel to all of our friends and we will definitely be staying there again

Beautiful old hotel in a fantastic location right on the sea front. A hotel full of character and Spanish charm. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Dinner on the front terrace made for an excellent evening. There was even flamenco dancers on the night we stayed. Wish we could have stayed longer. Parking is on the street so could be a problem at busy times. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
