10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is beautiful and clean and safe . We booked an executive suite with two beds overlooking the golf course, the room was huge and had a modern bathroom, on site parking super safe . Staff is friendly and very professional , place is safe and has room service and comfortable beds . I’ve stayed here many times before and will continue to do so when back in Tijuana ."

"SCAM ALERT — DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel advertises beautiful photos of a beachside pool, jacuzzi, and private beach access, but fails to clearly disclose that guests have to pay an additional $40 fee just to use those amenities — even when booking a villa. The only “free” option is a run-down pool or basic beach access, which is extremely misleading compared to what’s shown online. It feels like a complete money grab. We specifically booked this property because of the advertised amenities, only to find out after check-in that they’re locked behind extra charges. That information should be transparent before booking, not sprung on guests afterward. Save your money and stay at Las Rocas Resort & Spa instead. Beautiful oceanfront pool and views included without all the hidden upcharges. Very disappointing experience."

"Facility and amenities are good, standard rooms need a lot of TLC, bed was in bad shape and so uncomfortable very creaky with minor movement, room was smelly like dirty linens and one of the walls was stained with dark liquids, Water went off and we had to call reception to get it fixed, response was fast. Staff was very friendly. Take that to consideration before booking a standard room,"

"The hotel was very poorly maintained and the staff were unhelpful, rude, and tried to charge me for stuff that I already paid for. The property was very, extremely terribly maintained with a lot of the things there just falling apart. Such as the door to our room would not lock and the sink looked like it would burst and explode for how loose it was. The drain was slow and it felt like it would flood our room. The elevators just broke down out of nowhere (which I thought would happen due to it felling like it would fall.) We had to take the stairs from the 6th floor which the stairs had no railings. They had an event with loud music and a terrible DJ all night long which is very weird for a hotel with people that want to sleep. I do not recommend staying in this trashy, terrible, creepy hotel. PS: the hotel looks like an old hospital ( which it is) which is very creepy if you hate very an unsettling place (especially at night). >:3"
