"I have to give it a 5 out of 10. As soon as we checked in they staff overwhelm you with trying to buy a time share. Obviously they don’t take NO for an answer. You would think that since we’re paying a good amount to stay at their resort they would accommodate us from the airport. Nope, they charge 160 US dollars one way!! For a family of 8. We didn’t use their shuttle service once the whole 5 days. We found a local with connections that picked us up took us to downtown and the island of...

"We had been driving down Baja California for two days and needed to stop driving. One of our tires had a slow leak all of the tire shops were closed with it being Sunday. One of the employees Pedro asked if we wanted our car washed it was dirty and we said yes! After he was done he told us our tire was low and we said we knew. He said he had a friend who would come to the Hotel and fix it we said yes. His friend came and fixed it! So we were back on the road Monday morning! That was amazing...
