"It was absolutely delightful very clean. People were very friendly. My only concern and it wasn’t nothing to do with them was the language barrier I didn’t speak Portuguese very well, so it was hard to get through that but we found people that also spoke English so it turned out to be great so I really don’t have any complaints. I’d recommend this property to stay five star."

"We were told breakfast was bookable on demand and there was no need to pay in advance at the reception. When we arrived at the breakfast register we were told that because we were paying on demand the price was not the same as paying at the reception. I think about 5 euros each for me and my wife we paid extra. Is this arm twisting or a genuine mistake that happens often."

"The hotel is clean and with amazing location with a view to the river. The breakfast is perfect with live music. I got to the hotel very late due to the flight and the staff provided me an upgrade to a en-suite with a view to the river. The en-suite was 10/10 . I loved it . The only downside was that I was not able to use the bathtub because couldn’t have warm water there. It was a bit disappointing. Also the very downside that I found was that they don’t open the rooftop until 12am. So if you go there just for a night and choose this hotel because of the rooftop too, forget it. Especially if you arrive late like me as the rooftop will be closed in the evening as well. Other than that everything was good."
