"I really love this hotel, the staff is super friendly and the room is so clean and comfy. The kitchenette is great and I love the big bathroom. Not only that but there is a HUGE desk and tons of outlets. It's bar none my favorite place to stay in CLE. My only small issue is just the amount of cigarette butts near the side entrances. Smokers gonna smoke and that's fine, but just give them a recepticle or something because the butts are everywhere and they track in. Other than that this place is top notch. Thank you!"

"Very clean! The room and the linens were really clean. It’s a unique building with a cool history. The staff was friendly. Breakfast is average but nice to have. Key planning point- this isn’t in the middle of a bunch of businesses, but it’s a short drive to get to stores or restaurants."

"we stay 4 nights they never clean our room not once we only had 2 towel the people at ehe desk was not friendly we had to ask for towel one employee said I think we only have one. we asked on sunday if they where going to ciean room and when we got back we was locked out of our room just for asking to clean our room.you need to have a better staff. and friendly staff.custmer service is needed there dearly"
