"Your rooms are always clean; the staff are courteous, helpful and very professional. In all of my stays, I have not had an opportunity to go in the pool or use the laundry facilities. However, very glad they’re available if needed."

"The room was semi clean. There was throw up on the balcony in two spots. They left dirty used bar of hand soap in the bathroom. One of the bath towels had stains on it. The tv remote was missing. They did not have enough towels in the bathroom. The soap products in the shower were basically empty. There was hardly any water pressure in the shower. I had to call the office for more soaps and towels and a tv remote, they wouldn’t even bring the items to the room I had to go get them. "
