The smell in the lobby got better over time but my room and the hall outside of it stunk of rotten food or sewage or something the entire time. I had to borrow room freshener spray from the front desk and re-spray the room every day. I was not offered a new room or a reimbursement."

"The bathroom was a little dingy, particularly the tub, but upon closer inspection, it was wear and not dirt, so I think it could just be spruced up. Staff was very friendly. "

"I do not like the layout of the suites: - the sink is in the bedroom (no separating door) - even though there is a separate living/office/kitchen room, it does not communicate with the restroom. So, to get to the restroom, you have to pass through the bedroom. I booked this room with the idea that my husband can wake up early and work, while I can sleep a bit more. Clearly, that was not possible."
