"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. "This was the best resort I’ve stayed in. There were multiple beautiful pools designed to ensure you always had space to yourself. The food was also incredible. We are vegetarian and sometimes are left with minimal options, but there were always plenty of options. The room was also spacious and luxurious. Didn’t want to leave! The staff were also fabulous - made the experience so enjoyable."
