"Motel is beautifully designed and diner offers great food options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism that we have, is the room was not cleaned to a high standard after initial arrival ( on arrival the room was spotless ). The days following there were multiple signs that the room had not been cleaned properly. However, I would stay again. "

"Room was shabby at best. Bed was clean but floor dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. Plug didn’t drain, taps in a state, shower barely worked, blind in room broken, room so hot had to have window open (no air con). Not sure what the standard rooms were like but this was a club room!"

Bathroom in room needs a really good clean - grime around bath/shower. Shower had barely any power. Both of our rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. The second room we booked for our guests was equally impressive, and they were very happy with the comfort and overall experience. The cleanliness in both rooms was impeccable—everything felt fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. We truly appreciated the complimentary amenities, including parking, water, and fruits—small details that made a big difference and reflected genuine hospitality. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet very convenient for accessing Oxford city center, making it ideal for a relaxed stay. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oxford—we would definitely stay here again! 👏 Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
