Staff only on in the staff very good to help you but some of them ouff... i need emergency i call they dont pick up its not my problem but he never call back however i need big emergency i was not happy. the person behind the phone did not care when i tell her why she did not pick up or call back for this i im not give not to the staff.however one of them is helpfull.Breakfast is ok."

"Outstanding stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! Located right in the business hub, it was incredibly convenient for the Canton Fair, yet peaceful enough for family travel. The area around the hotel has plenty of great shops and places to explore. The front desk team was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in fast and smooth. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the thoughtful service throughout our stay truly impressed us. We absolutely loved everything. Will definitely stay again on our next business trip to Guangzhou!"

"Firstly I didn’t realise there were no windows in the room (my mistake) tried to move but the staff very unhelpful, hotel is very dirty our room stank of cigarettes so the cleaners came up and sprayed air freshener I would rate this hotel as a poor two star at best. It is quite far out from the centre of the city (about 30 ish mins on the metro) and nothing to do in the local area. It reminded me of a seedy hookers hotel."
