"It's a very comfortable cottage that's relaxing to stay in. Had most of the utilities in the cottage, only missing bleach and hand soap in the bathroom. Though I've used my body wash as a substitute, so not that much of an issue. I'd also wish that I was emailed the Welcome Pack a bit earlier, which would have helped me more in deciding what I needed to bring. "The Sykes Cottages customer service is appalling. No number to ring and the response time to the text and WhatsApp is ridiculous. The cottage was great but Sykes were not. After booking I had a problem with amending the name on the booking and getting a receipt. I was eventually told it was not possible to make amendments but it was also not possible to do this on hotels.com. Also one of our party left an iPad and is quite rightly worried about.
