Check in/out was fast and easy, receptionists were always friendly. Nice short stroll to Long Jetty for a bbq and walk. Building is fairly new, room was clean and comfortable. Access to Diggers for meals, as the hotel itself doesn't have the facilities. We were placed on level 2, so we were woken up by people heading back to their room from Diggers (10 mins of conversation and laughter). I suggest they place families on other floors.

The property being adjacent to the Diggers Club makes it very easy to access for meals with the walkway through from the 2nd floor and has lovely view of the lake. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable and check in was very quick and easy.
