"The actual Oceanami resort is a completely difference experience than what's portrayed on Orbitz and the resort's website. During our December 2017 stay, about half of the property was under construction, including villas, beach club (which is part of the property name), 3 of 5 restaurants, spa, and areas next to the pool (the swim-up bar). "The apartment was beautiful, clean, roomy and functional. The checking process was confusing because confirmation email from Expedia did not have the owner 's contact numbers. Eventually, I got checked in with the help of a gentleman at Suri rental office and a kid who handled paperwork and handed me the keys. The property owner was also very nice. Love the ocean view from the balcony."
