"Everything was excellent except the coffee shop. I suggest you get a Starbucks and have other goodies in the coffee shop. I ordered breakfast and that wasn't great. "

To begin with, the toilet in our room was clogged, and there was zero effort from staff to fix the situation. There is no room service and essentially the withholding breakfast that was bread and the worst tasting coffee. ​The management is the biggest issue. The manager was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. He spent time watching us from our car and micromanaging our arrival. When it came time to check out, he tried everything possible to withhold my deposit, even after his own staff confirmed the room was in perfect condition. It felt like he was intentionally antagonizing us. Between the poor service and the suspicious activity in the surrounding area, I would strongly advise staying elsewhere. They do not treat their guests with respect.""

"We loved the community kitchen for morning coffee. Great concept. Staff was great. Room was clean, but sparse. Stairs to room very dirty. Shower took about five minutes to heat up and pressure was terrible. Street noise after bars closed was very loud. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay."

"The overall stay was very nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful throughout the two days me and my family stayed there. We enjoyed the pool the most. The breakfast was good and had healthy options, which is essential for the start of the day. The location was perfect and there were an abundance of food options there. If we are ever in the area again we would consider staying here again"
