New and clean!! Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! Not sure if it was just our room, but there wasn’t a chair or a nightstand. Our friends had a chair and nightstand in their room. Overall a great place to say in a lovely town!

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Comfortable bed/pillows, modern decor, fluffy towels, prime location. Housekeeping needs work. The sink and nightstands were dirty. The floor needed to be mopped. Also, the a/c was very loud and the thermostat was complicated.
This hotel was absolutely amazing! It had just opened 3 weeks before our stay. The room & bathroom were very clean. Beds were very comfortable and clean as well. Only thing that I would recommend in the room would be a chair of some sort. This hotel is definitely a 5 star. Also, they have cafe and other things being added to the place well. Me and my family will definitely return back and do highly recommend.
There are no staff on site, you have to call if you have an issue. The building is new, the rooms are large, our ac was great, everything was super clean, you can’t hear the traffic from the street, beds are comfortable (firm) and there are lots of pillows. The tv has streaming services on there already, so you don’t have to log into your own. There is a park across the street with a splash pad. Restaurants, ice cream shop and a bar all within a few blocks. It is a quaint town that seems to be expanding. Very clean and seemingly safe neighborhood. They are veteran proud here with banners of local vet’s names and photos posted in the park and downtown area. We were proud to see them honored in such a way. Some of the restaurants here offer good veteran discounts too! We did have the smoke detectors go off falsely, two days in a row during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family!
The hotel is brand new. The only issue I had was the bathroom needs better lighting. They need a vanity area so that you can put your toiletries. Also, they need a comfortable chair and not a wooden chair. Other than that very nice

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Minimal furnishings. No cabinets in the bathroom or elsewhere. Noisy. Air conditioner is extremely noisy and blows right on you in bed. Very poor accommodations. No one on sight to help.

It was evident that the building was freshly painted and renovated. The smell of paint was very strong, almost to the point of giving you a headache. Poor lighting in the bathroom. No shelves in the bathroom to put your items. No comfortable furniture to sit on. Had to set my coffee on the floor due to no tables near the one wooden chair to sit in. If you plan on charging top dollar make your customers feel as though they are getting their money’s worth.

this property has no staff on site. there is no lobby or check in process. water pressure for the showers is poor. the entire property smells of paint and chemicals and dust, and will stick to all of your clothes. we are having to re wash all of our clothes upon returning home. I also paid extra for a balcony which I was falsely led to believe would be private, but was actually shared amongst the other units on the top floor. the shared balcony let's anyone with access approach your room door. the ac was hard to adjust and was either way too cold or way too hot with no in between. the rooms were also advertised to be sound proof, however I could hear every thing happening outside of our hotel room, including our neighbors morning alarms and the construction crew which arrived at SEVEN IN THE MORNING. I appreciated the ease of accessing our room and the complimentary streaming service access, but that's about it. the rooms was well decorated if a bit sparse and overall pretty clean.
Not impressed! The bathrooms must have been designed by a man. There is nowhere for a lady to put her cosmetics. The lighting is atrocious, and there is no makeup mirror. The floors in my room seemed gritty, like they had sand on them. The hotel was under construction, which should have been disclosed in the ad. The balcony for my room was not a private balcony, and anyone from another room could have walked to my door. The ad led me to believe there was a restaurant and bar in the building. There was not. There was also no staff on the premises. I got a code for the front door and my room. I never saw an employee anywhere. So much for the hotel saying, "We're looking forward to greeting you". The housekeeping was not what it should be. There were no glasses in the room. The air conditioner was not on in my room. This hotel is in south Mississippi and it is June. It looks to me like someone needs to step up and manage their hotel.
Fairly new facility, still being built. Minimal furniture - no side tables or a chair to go with the table. Large drapes cover the ac, making it run continuously. House keeping could be better - the bed was not made, just covered with the duvet.
